Hey, that's former EOTY dumbest GM in the history of football to you.
Grigson was chosen EOTY for choosing Andrew Luck after Polian's successful Suck for Luck campaign landed them the 1st overall pick but still got his ass fired. And that is among the many reasons why we shouldn't give fig Belichick doesn't routinely win that award.

Far be it from me to miss a chance to rip on Grigson, but there is something to be said for the Peter Principle here. He must have done something well at some point in his career to be promoted to a GM. Now, once he got there, he sucked so hard he could pull cement through a swizzle-stick, but perhaps if this consulting role gets him back to doing what he was originally noted for in the first place, he could have success again.
