Is it a bad off season in terms of not being fun for the fans or a bad off season because it will produce a poorly-performing team (the same way so many teams "win" during the off season then suck)? If it's later, nobody can tell now.
This off-season has none of the league, draft or free agent drama of past offseasons. Rex winning the offseason was always fun whether he was in Buffalo or NY. Roger Goodell hasn't manufactured a good bone-headed controversy (the kneeling thing is just recycling last year's big deal.) There's no Steph Stradley columns to follow. The vast ESPN conspiracy is gone after they cleaned out all the lunatics who dug up crap on the Patriots to get control of their costs. Volin is useless -all he does is recycle stuff from this message board. Curran has gone full homer on us with his massages and all. There was no blockbuster deal like Randy Moss or Darrelle Revis. It's boring. Maybe things will pick up in a few weeks.
