Just wanted to pass along the datapoint that someone I personally know who joined the waiting list in March 2003 was just offered season tickets.

15 years. Wow

Seems like a good time to thank Papa Joe for starting this back in the 60s (off and on STH during nomad years) and then buying our season tickets in 1971 section 209 row 3 seats 29-32 which were actually row 1s with a wall to lean on (stairs for each section eliminated 2 rows from every other section in the old stadium).
Then @fgssand has carried the torch after taking over the account in the 80s. Can't thank these two enough.

And we don't take anything for granted we are there every single Sunday. I haven't missed a game since I was a teenager at the old stadium. My father has only missed 1 the night his first grandson was born. Uncle me was smart enough to know labor is long and I went.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

That is nuts. I wonder what team has the longest wait? Cowboys? Redskins? (Don't laugh the Skins have sold out every year in like...forever)

I went on the waiting list in May 2000 and received my tickets for the 2011
season. I never sat in my original seats which were the cheapest possible corner seats. Instead, right away, I upgraded to sideline seats. I couple of years later.
I moved closer to the 50 yard line in section 333. Unfortunately, this is my last
year. I never imagined that they would be this good when I went to my first game
on 9-9-60.

It’s been a great run and its certainly nowhere near done.....once this Brady guy wins two more we can get his sorry “7 TIME” ass the hell out of here and move on to the next guy!!

I seriously think Tom Brady gets two more (not one, two) and I also believe BB will stick around long enough to win one without TB.

We’re that to happen, his boat would be in double figures!!

2003?
Bill Parcells was head coach of the Dallas Cowboys
Herm Edwards was head coach of the NY Jets
Jane Swift was Governor of Massachusetts

Got on the list 11-99 when they were talking Hartford. When they decided on staying in Foxboro I said what the heck I'll wait it out. Got my seats 2009. 3 hour drive but it's worth it.

So instead of buying a newborn baby an infant gift ...
We should be putting that kid on the season ticket wait list as a gift?

Give it to her as a graduation gift...LOL

For years, the Redskins perpetuated the myth that they had an incredibly long waiting list but fact is they don't have one at all.

I'd say the Packers have the longest wait.

Where is 333?

Packers have almost sort of a folklore about how their waitlist is over 100 years.

Facing away from the lighthouse, third tier up on the right on about the 35 yard line
in row 20.
I meant where IN 333.
Thought we might be ”neighbors”
