The Titans are full of ex Pats who definitely have inside info about Butler. I didn't think it was possible but Belichick's decision to bench Butler just got even more unbelievably baffling.

Always a legend. AND, unlike some, came back the next few years after the play to post solid production.

I’m the biggest BB apologist out there, but I can’t help but be bothered that MB didn’t play in that last game. One play on D is all we needed.

I’m glad the Patriots didn’t give him that deal. I thought Jonathan Jones outplayed him last season. I think they could use the #31 pick in a CB and upgrade the position.

I wouldn't waste the 31 first pick on a corner.

I . . . I honestly don't understand you. Your takes are something else.

Alexander, Hughes, Davis, Oliver -- any of them could legitimately be worth the pick at #31. How is that a waste, if we get a high level starting cornerback across from Gilmore?

Bill will trade down, Id gladly use it for Jaire Alexander if he is still there.. He was safely below that range (@mocksters that is) before combine after injured season. Now he's back way up. But one can dream.. He could be serious upgrade over Butler possibly in yr 1.

Good for him. I wish he could've had a better story here, especially given how magical the beginning was.

I still want to hear what happened with the SB LII. Maybe he'll be free to talk about it now that he's signed a new contract elsewhere.

Please don't question da pimp of hot takes!

I think the account is just a hidden markov model type of AI posting pimpin replies..

Malcom getting what he deserves. Good luck in Ten fella. Sorry we boned you in the superbowl.

Everyone on that list better be over 5’11” though. Last thing I need is to spend super bowl week stressed out wondering if our starting corner is gonna be benched for someone taller. I ain’t got time for that.

“Everyone else playing checkers in free agency while Belichick plays chess with comp picks.”

The restraint in signing UFAs is important part of BB's amazing football economy. I was just thinking today how much you gain that way (bc you always do)..

Just this latest example: trade for Shelton instead of going for f.e. Poe brought him top DT for 2M + 7M (option) = 4.5M apy instead of 10M+ apy and in addition brought him a 2018 5th rounder (while the 2019 3rd rounder is reinstated).

All that money for a guy we left on the bench in the Super Bowl...

Great Decision BB

I’m just joking around with what people will say about how much smarter he is. I realize the importance of the comp pick game.

Time will tell, but I am surprised he was valued by any team this much. Well done MB. Keep making plays. There was something about him that rub BB.
