I've been tracking this for a couple years now. All 3 of Bledsoe's sons play/played football in high school with Drew Bledsoe as their OC. They're starting to enter college now. I think if they do any good in college, at least the younger two, they could very well be he next brother rivalry/duo in the NFL a la the Mannings in this recent generation.

Stuart Bledsoe didn't play QB in high school. In his senior yr, iirc he was listed as a CB. In college he's chosen to play la crosse at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Not really expecting him to go for the NFL, but I suppose anything could happen.

Then there's John Bledsoe. He was starting QB in at least his Jr & Sr years at their high school. They just won the 2015 state championship in Washington under J Bledsoe's leadership. For college, he first "verbally" committed to N Arizona Univerity; but he has now officially committed to Washington State University. He even wears #11. I'm very excited about this. Next year will be his sophomore year, and I'm hoping he'll get the starting role and tear it up out there like his daddy did back in the day.

Henry Bledsoe still plays at their high school, but iirc he's starting QB and is entering his senior year. Will he play college football too, I wonder? And will he be any good should he do so?

What do you all think about the possibility? Do you think they'll be anything like their dad? What about better than him?

From Brady to Bledsoe

Drew was a blue chip prospect, the first real recruiting coup from Mike Price with the Cougars. John received a 'preferred walk-on' offer from the Cougars. Henry is not even remotely being recruited at this time.

Not exactly on the same level as their father...

One of the second round picks, maybe, not the first two though. Would bring us full circle.

bah...HERE'S our successor to Brady...

Mike White, Western Kentucky, Pro-Style Quarterback

Projected 3rd rounder....Brady is his favorite NFL QB by the way. He spends a lot of time breaking down film of Tom's performances.

During the draft, the Titans trade their 5th and 6th rounders to the Pats for the Pats' 4th round comp pick. The Pats then take Mike White with the Titan's 6th-rounder ... #199.

Well... I don't know how likely it is the Patriots get either one, though I do hope at some point we could land one. J Bledsoe wouldn't be up for draft til 2021 so maybe if the Pats need a QB by then they could snatch him... I'm not expecting it, but it'd be a pleasant surprise if we got one of them....

I would root for both of them as long as they don't end up on New York, Baltimore, New York, or Indianapolis. Lol
