the fact that Alex G helps him is
How do you know that? There's been a plenty of QBs following conventional wisdom over many years. None have been able to play at as high a level as Brady at 40.

It's like saying BBs coaching methods are hokum that doesn't work, and he's only successful in spite of them.

Half your body weight converted to ounces.
200 lbs=100 oz water daily
I don’t think that’s what Brady suggests. He claims to drink much more than that.

What you’ve laid out is nothing more than my daily routine (96 oz for around 192 lbs) and what most of my doctors suggest. It’s the old “half of your body weight” rule, which has been around for ages.

do banning and banishment have like a time bomb on them? I was banished from being to allowed to respond to this thread for at least two weeks, but then all the sudden, from out of now where the "you do not have enough sufficient privileges to respond message went away.. And now I can respond.

Though this makes me happy.. I am astonished that I am once again allowed to reply.
Yeah, I’d probably keep the fact that I found the glitch in the matrix to myself.

Just repeating what he said in TB12 Method

He says to start at the 50% body weight mark as a minimum and then increase with electrolytes.

He claims to drink up to 300 oz per day, or roughly 2.5 gallons, which is what I was referring to, and is much more than the “half of body weight” rule advised by doctors.

Tom Brady drinks up to 2.5 gallons of water a day as part of his incredibly strict diet
What he suggests and what he does are 2 different things. You want to nitpick, fine. Have fun with that.

I don't care if Merlin has a magic spell on him. If it means Brady thinks it helps the Patriots win Super Bowls then I'll chip him to buy more eye of newt for the cauldron.

I don't see anywhere in that article where he claims to drink 300oz per day or recommends it. It says on particularly strenuous days he drinks up to that much but that's more like saying "on some days I drink that much."

That makes sense. If he were a couch potato that amount would do more harm than good.

right.. exactly..... it is psycho somatic that Alex G helps him

A massage a day gets Garoppolo traded away...

Episode 5 takes
-Gisele really wants him to retire
- he really wants to play as long as he can
- nice Gisele shots

Episode 5 is really good as well. I think this whole series is really well done and presented. I am absolutely enthralled.

There will be an Episode 6, but the one they wanted.
