White uniforms have won 12 of the last 13 Super Bowls, and the Patriots will choose since they are the designated home team. I believe that B.B. has chosen blue every time it was his decision in odd years (2001, 2003, 2007, 2011). Their opponents chose solid home colors in 2004, 2014, and 2016. In other words, in all seven SBs under Belichick, the designated home team has chosen the traditional home colors. Is BB superstitious?

I'd bet we're going with the blue.

On another note, I think the "home" team also gets first choice of locker room. Had Minnesota beaten the Eagles, I believe we would be in their regular locker room and they would have to use the visitors.

Wear white. It shouldn't even be a discussion. They've lost the last two SB's in blue. An AFC team ( Patriots) hasn't won wearing blue in fifteen years. Oh, the team wearing white has won twelve of the last thirteen SB's.

Are you sure he gets to choose or does the home team automatically wear home colors?

What all could they wear?

Can they wear red as well? Not that I’d want to. No one wins in red and I’m superstitious as hell. Even to the point of turning statues in my house facing the direction the pats are running in

Just looked on google. Pats get to chose colors and have chose white

They do get to choose, Pittsburgh chose white in XL and Broncos chose white in 50 (because they always get slaughtered in color). Hopefully they choose, white. It's the better uniform and color is bad luck. Need good juju.

Did you vote for white? Or, are you saying they've already decided to wear white?

I voted white yes. Then, out of curiosity I asked google like this

Do the patriots get to chose colors for super bowl 52?

There were several things that came up and it said patriots get to chose colors and have elected to play in white.
Wish I knew how to link with this new phone

Are you sure this wasn’t an article from last year? I see one article which says they get to choose, but there’s no decision revealed. Just says they should choose white.

Imagine if Gronk got to choose...

Blue

to paraphrase BB...superstition is for losers, preparation and execution is for super bowl winners.
