Agreed with everything except the Cooks part. You don't have to light up a stat sheet to make an impact on offense. He contributed by stretching the field and drawing safety coverage away from the middle of the field. He always has to be accounted for regardless if he missed a couple of throws for huge gains by inches. Keeps them honest and will continue to do so.
I hear what your saying, but if he could actually catch a deep ball, defenses would have to respect him a lot more than they do.

I wanna see the squealers next week. Brady goes for 400 against that defense. Their run defense has struggle as well since the injury to shazier.

In fairness I have 2 words for you: Jonas Gray
Was Jonas Gray a special teams stalwart? I have no recollection that he was, did I miss something?

Steelers board is the same. We won because of the refs
Yea, we need to have our starting QB framed and suspended more often.
Maybe take a few more draft picks, create false stories, $million fines.

Yea, lucky us.

My point was that anyone can have a great game or two. Grissom is a very good ST player though...you are right about that. Also, Gray was a bonehead and Grissom is a great kid by all accounts.

Listening to ny radio sports talk and hearing how the pats have an easy division and how the titans suck yards yada yada yada. We have become like the yankees during their winning years but maybe worse. People hate our guts lol.

Great game to enjoy as they perform and just " do their jobs" on both sides of the ball.
Titans realize now, just as the Falcons did a year ago, they dont have the stuff that it takes. Watching the earlier game, Philly doesnt look like a Champion either. They may have homefield advantage, but can they beat either the Vikings or the Saints?
Stay tuned.
GO PATS GO

The consistent composure of Pats players is really remarkable. Key part of winning (along w great tactical awareness of situations and situational football).

They are beating opponents both sides: with great execution on their part . and allowing others to beat themselves..

The discipline on this team is just on another level. False starts, offsides, game mismanagement is almost non existent compared to other teams so I guess I can see why some people are jealous and see it that way. The Pats aren't above it, but it does seem to happen a lot less than other teams. It all comes down to coaching, drafting and collecting the right players.

A good point and something not often mentioned. It starts with BB down to his staff, then all players (especially younger/newer players) seeing the king of kings player, Brady, leading this philosophy by example (as well as other team leaders/vets). It makes it a top to bottom culture with the Patriots.
Being more disciplined (and focused) does not mean mistakes won't happen or that it guarantees victory. But what it does is provide a possible advantage. Maybe extra yards to give the O a shorter field, or a slightly longer field for the D to defend, maybe an extra possession is gained. It's a philosophy that says at the end of a game sometimes the victory can be explained, in part, by tallying up the on field results of these potential pregame advantages.

I'd love to have a gif of the engulfing hug Gronk gave Amendola during Hoyer Time.

Sounds like Waddle is done for the season
