Draft pick penalty question

Hi Everyone:

If we are losing our first round pick, what happens to it? Will there only be 31 selections in the first round? Or does another team get it?

Also, where does the fine money go? $750K could go a long way for some charity or charities.....Does this money go into the NFL coffers? Cripes it would take me 10 years salary to pay BB's portion of the fine...

The fines could go to charity, but that's not a given. Fines usually accrue to the league's coffers.

We'll just have to see how this one shakes out.

If there's media pressure to do the charity thing, then undoubtedly Goodell will make a big PR production out of it.
