Man, what did JH do to get cut from the Steelers 1 week before their own super bowl run? Hasn't he been an institution there for 15 years, helping win two rings. I'd think he be canonized at this point in his career to have the dignity of holding his roster spot.

Well this is interesting. How about he makes a game-winning sack of Big Ben, who fumbles the ball forward into Harrison's hands, and it's initially ruled an incomplete pass, but then our plant in the Replay Office overturns the call and it's ruled a fumble, which TB12 takes for the game winning score the other way. That ought to make absolutely everyone's heads explode, other than Pats fans of course.

(and yes I'm being sarcastic. It pisses me off that people say that all of these calls are for the Patriots, when all of them have been unchallenged reviews by NY).

This is what I am thinking - they will be getting psyched out right about now in Pittsburgh about all the things Harrison can tell us about them and how to beat them (whether he can actually do so or not). Sweet! If nothing else, BB is a master gardener of the seeds of doubt!

He's going to be a malcontent. If Chris Long was willing to leave because of a lack of playing time, Harrison sure as hell won't be happy with his snap count.

Long had 100 more snaps than any other DE on the Pats roster last season - 65% of all defensive snaps. It wasn't lack of playing time that drove him away. He clearly stated in his "exit speech" that he preferred to return to being primarily an edge-rush specialist, instead of being so heavily tasked with edge-contain, run-D and even dropping back into coverage.

Harrison got 40 total snaps with the Steelers this season in 15 games, compared to 587 last season. He could easily get more than 40 snaps with the Pats, even with only one regular season game and (hopefully) three playoff games remaining.

But he's rested, uninjured (I assume).

Our guys are a little battle weary and sore.
If he is healthy and passes the physical, a strong, fresh, monster could be a very good thing.
