i must admit, there are occasions where i have the GDT open the whole game, or at least check in when something big & discussion worthy happens......only one of my daughters is getting into football, and my wife doesn't care.....so if i am home alone, sometimes i gotta do what i gotta do



i know i have to wade through a lot of nonsense (which has been on the increase lately).....i expect it, i try not to add to it, i generally can ignore the obvious BS


i was out for the 1st half, and didn't touch the computer or phone during the second......so i gotta ask, how bad was it??????

A lot of stupid **** is said, including by me at times, but to me, it doesn't really matter. People are using the GDTs to vent. I wouldn't expect a lot of great discussions while the game is going on. The good stuff comes after (Ken's Idle Thoughts, the rewatch, etc).

It was exactly as you could imagine it. Plenty of knee jerk and emotional reactions. That was understandable given the roller coaster it was.

Then you had the usual suspects telling us how much xyz sucked (including Brady). When the Pats won those people seemed to disappear and begin circle jerking in a separate thread whining about the Garropolo trade.

there is some generally ok discussion going on if you read through it.....every 3rd or 4th post, and if you string it all together it is like watching the game at the bar with friends........there's just a greater collection of loud mouthed, drunken buffoons to wade through on the GDT lol

Their reactions are far too hilarious for me to support banning them. It's much more amusing to mock them after each game.

This reminds me of the ultimate knee-jerk reaction... my sig. The 8-8 Pats took their B squad into Pittsburgh for their regular season Super Bowl and won. Can anyone tell me what board Viper went to? I’d like to follow him over there.

Yes, dont you find it odd, that when the pats won, several posters went and started in with the whole Garropolo trade. A subject that is not only beaten to death but something that has happened and cant be changed.

And, yes they were circle jerking and were whining and are continuing to do so.

That's because he got booted from it yesterday. That thread, in all honesty though, was an all time PatsFans.com great.

Ian came in and locked it last night. Not sure if its been permanently deleted but I did look for it today and it was not on the first page.

Ian did tell pats1989 however. that his behavior needed to change because all pats1989 does is complain.
