I've been a fan for a long time. We have had some horrible years but since we started this run 20 years ago I go into every season and every game thinking we will win but I'm realistic enough to know that we might lose some and there and it's ok. I don't go into any game thinking we will lose, that's a life is half empty mentality.

Apparently, Brady was feelin’ himself a little too much after the victory and decided to shoot a music video...

Over their last 3 games the D is only allowing 12.6ppg

While I agree that losing the OC is huge I kinda dont like how this Sark narrative takes away from Ryan just coming back to earth in terms of his accuracy compared to his MVP season. There were a couple of throws that were very difficult (and kudos to our D for putting him into that situation) but his 2016 version makes them.

Why do people have concerns about a team Brady has completely owned his whole career?

They need to prove they can do it.

You mean the same team that snapped the pats 21 game win streak? Yes the pats have won most of the games, but it's never a give me

As Andy said in his thread, this was a game the Pats win. When the chips are down, they circle the wagons and they pull it out. I think against teams like the Chargers and Dolphools, the Pats may still drive us crazy!

Hopefully Cutler will be back and healthy for the Miami games.

who cares what Jones did in garbage time...he LOST. NFLN and Goodell will run thousands of repeated clips of Jones catch now. If I'm on that panel I ask "where the hell was Jones all game when it counted????". .

Something that I just watched on the nfln morning show reminded me of this post. On the drive where they ran 2 plays from the goal line and couldn't get in, on Butler's PD which was a pass intended for Jones they said it was Sanu.

Might have been an honest slip up but given that his jersey number was visible and the highlight package and script is written in advanced I'm not sure it was.

BTW for Julio Jones of his 9 rec, 99 yards 1 TD, 6 rec, 66 yards and 1 TD came when the Pats were up 20-0... Guy was nowhere to be found until garbage time.

Where are all of the traitors that said such things as we cannot win or better yet the Falcons would hang 50 on us? What rubbish!
I was one of the ones stating I thought they had no chance without Gilmore and Rowe. Two BIG, fast corners, our #2 and #3 corners out against a great offense.

I would label myself as a traitor though. It’s called an opinion. In fact it was a logical opinion. A team that had lost two out of three games at Home. A struggling defense against a great offense without its #2 and #3 corners, and a good LB (Elandon Roberts), I thought we had no chance. But this team and coach defy logic and the odds all the time.

I was happily wrong. Watched the game with a smile on my face while wearing my new Pat’s hat and my Brady SB 51 jersey. I guess that makes me a traitor even though I’ve been a die hard fan of this team since 1975.

Nobody defied odds or logic yesterday. In fact it was just the logical continuation of what happened in the final quarter against the Panthers, first 3 quarters against the Bucs and in the last 3 quarters against the Jets. Except this time for pretty much 60 minutes. As usual the team is on their route to play their best ball in November/December. If injuries dont derail it yet again.

Also please for the love of god dont call Roberts a good LB. He is easily exploited in coverage and is terribly inconsistent against the run. He is the epitome of what Lombardi calls trailer and card players. All his top plays make you go wow (like movie trailers) but once you see his full game performance you realize that you have seen all the best scenes already and the rest is meh. Similarly he seems to only play at his impressive speed if he is told (or guesses right) where to go but countless play action fakes later he still has no clue how to diagnose plays quick enough.

I thought it would be close, I was wrong.

DT or help over the top on every play. He never got deep. Like Sanu, the few times he had some separation on intermediate and deep routes Ryan couldn't put it there. ATL offense is a mess. It seemed like a new system and sometimes the O couldn't read the Pats D off it.
