Josh Gordon - Rehab Vid

Call me crazy but he could move Cooks to the slot and maybe we can get underneath routes complete.

Cooks is not a slot receiver, he’s an out side the numbers WR who can break defenses for big gains.

Would love to see him back in the league if he can get his mind right. I'll never forget that game against us a few years ago when he took that slant route for a TD. He seemed to have this extra gear and and just torched Talib. One of those rare athletes that's built like a linebacker but runs like a sprinter.

Was that the game the Patriots got the onside kick?

Yep and I think Amendola ended up scoring the game winner. One of the more ridiculous comebacks this team has had in recent years.

Denver & Saints game were that season too. That said, the WR crop was horrific at the time.

I think you and I are doing some reaching, but just to piggyback off your point...

A cheap but dangerous weapon like Gordon could help in preserving Gronk - at least until the playoffs. Gronk could help big-time in pass protection until then.

Which group did you think was worse that group or '06? For me it was '06. Doug Gabriel and Reche Caldwell...bleh.

Dont hate me, but sign the beast!

They win the AFCCG and subsequently the SB with Moss on the 06 team. No doubt.

I may get blasted for this but oh well: 2001 Patriots had one of the weakest WR groups ever for a SB team. Troy Brown was the only borderline # 1. Brady made guys like Patton etc. Even Deion Branch, look at his career without Brady.
