Gronk is almost a HOFer and your binky Lewis on thin ice. Burkhead does what Lewis does and so does White. HAHA
What did Dion do to you?

I think Fart went to Dartmouth?Tufts is not an Ivy League school.

A 12-year writer for Patriots Football Weekly, the 35-year-old Hart became associated with the New England Patriots in public relations. He had entered Tufts as an engineering student, but switched to an English major.
A 1996 graduate of Dartmouth High, where he captained the football team as a fullback and linebacker, Hart threw the shot put in indoor track and was an All-Star at second base. But he was never much of a distance runner. His longest race prior to the 2013 marathon was a 10k.

Dartmouth's Andy Hart looks forward to finishing what he started
I've heard him mention Tufts and playing football there multiple times. He's from Dartmouth, MA.I think Fart went to Dartmouth?
Does seem personal...What did Dion do to you?

Nope. Gronk is a 100% lock for the Hall of Fame. Even Ditka, Bavarro or Winslow never played all facets of the position as well. But he wasn't on the field after the Week 9 of the season last year - -the season, Mr. Hart, the future assistant editor of the Methuen Inquirer was referencing in his "remarks"..

What does that even mean, "his lot in life"?
Burkhead was active for every regular season game last year and had essentially the statline that Dion Lewis did the last two years playing only 7 games each season. Before that he was nothing but a full-time special teamer who saw a handful of carries in blowouts. He doesn't return kicks. Burkhead is a Bolden upgrade, not a Lewis replacement. The likelihood he's a significant contributor after the addition of Gillislee is probably the same likelihood that Bolden beats him out in camp; everything else is just buying the off-season hype.
We know what James White can do, and it's not the same as what Lewis can do. White's not nearly as explosive and their elusiveness can't even be measured on the same scale, and Lewis is miles better running the ball. White might have the best hands on the team and is a better pass protector. Different players.
Burkhead had 10 more rushing attempts than Lewis last season with a better YPC. The 2015 season is no comparison. Burkhead had only 4 rushing attempts all season to Lewis 49 attempts. 2016 is a real comparison.
Lewis 64 att - 283 yards - 24 targets - 17 receptions - 94 yards
Burkhead 74 att - 344 yards - 20 targets - 17 receptions - 145 yards
Lewis 4.4 YAC 71% catch rate
Burkhead 4.6 YAC 85% catch rate
Burkhead does Dion Lewis job. Burkhead is not a Bolden who is a core special teamer and role player from time to time. Burkhead was brought to NE to play a larger role. The Pats do not head into a season wishing for a player to rebound unless his name is Brady or Gronkowski.
Burkhead did not compile garbage yards when you investigate his stats under the surface. His advanced splits bear that out very clearly.
2016
1st half rush yards 143
2nd half rush yards 201
58 of his 2nd half rush yards came in the 3rd quarter. 58.6% of Burkheads rushing yards came in quarters 1 - 3. I would not classify that as garbage yards.

Your excuse is noted.
Personally I expect all the running backs to be in competition for playing time and all of the big 4 (White,Burkhead, Gillislee, and... who am I missing, oh yeah that other guy, him, you know the one) will get a good chance to make a case by week 4
Omigod, I can't stop laughing!!!
Triumph googled an internet stat page but no one informed him that Dion Lewis missed the first half of the season after ACL surgery and a second subsequent knee surgery two weeks before the season opener?????? He wasn't cleared to hit the field until Week 10.
2016 is a "real comparison"?
Can someone brief the poor clown before he slips on any more bananas?????

Burkhead entered the 2016 season with a neck injury. He did not see significant playing time until game 11. He did all his damage past week 10. Got it? Up in till that game Burkhead only had 6 carries.. 2 carries were in the final minute of the NE game.
Stick to finding the ghosts of the NFL hall of fame.
Burkhead was active for all 16 regular season games last year. His neck injury was good enough for him to be DRESSED AND ON THE FIELD for game one and every game thereafter. Ask a football fan what it means to be dressed and declared active for a regular season game. He wasn't on IR and he wasn't even declared inactive for any game last season.
If you believe that is an "apples to apples" comparison to Dion Lewis who was coming back from an ACL tear, a second knee surgery in late August and was not even declared active for a game until Week 10 of the 2016 season, then you are beyond help, son.
So spare us your uninformed spin. You DO realize this is Patsfans.com? You're not fooling anyone.
And btw, has anyone shown you Three Games to Glory V yet? Spoiler alert: The Patriots won.
.
If I were to ask a knowledgeable football fan anything, there would be no point in asking you.
Burkhead was still injured and could not play because of injury. Skippy. There is no way that youre a Physician. Therefore you have no clue regarding his medical condition. You think that you know just like your hallucinations that Bavvaro is in the HOF.
Too funny.
