Great story. What do you know. Those fathers are just like the rest of us.

It is pretty funny to think that after catching TD's from TB12 and playing on national television in front of millions of cheering fans, guys like Hogan have to hurry up and get home to change poopy diapers.

I think that it's awfully selfish of them to significantly expand their families’ carbon footprint while also creating a living and breathing diversion that will diminish their almost single minded pursuit of football excellence. If the Pats don't win the superbowl it will be because of these silly and grossly selfish players' desire to be good fathers.

Great article. I have 3 children and I would give them the same advice that they all talked about: Patience.

Babies are gonna cry. Sleep is a precious commodity. Diapers need to be changed. Clothes need to be washed.

But in the end, I wouldn't want to change anything.

Thanks for that link. That was what I needed to start my day!

They just wanted the tax breaks.

Oh man...back when my 3 were babies Mrs RW and I would act as if the Pats won the SB if they slept through the night. Felt like a million bucks..

I absolutely agree. Getting an entire night's sleep was the exception.

Gilmore FTW: GILMORE: "Now that we have two kids, we play man-to-man now, but before we could switch off and get a little break."

No wonder BB opened the vault for this guy. He probably said that exact same thing to him.

Thanks Ken, really cool story.
Brought back a lot of memories.
My 12-year old boy&girl twins made me a 52-yr old dad.
I will likely never retire. And I'm now divorced. Doesn't matter.
They are the greatest thing that ever happened or will ever happen to me.
I lost count at over 1,000 diapers changed just by me-I know the ex-wife changed more.
Car seats were tough but putting together their crib was a bear.
Can't wait to see my kids tomorrow. They are the only thing in life that could ever make me miss a Pats game.
Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there.

I'm positive there's a doggie-style and a they all came from behind that night joke in there somewhere.. I'm just too classy to make it.

They interviewed six Pat fathers? They could have just interviewed Antonio Cromartie and saved themselves some time.

They tried, but Cro couldn't remember the names of all the kids. It was also awkward that Cro got them all Cromartie jerseys with their birth order as their number so he could remember who was who.

By the way, it just dawned on me this morning, that the interviewer missed an obvious potential source of humor. All she had to ask was:

If GRONK volunteered to babysit your kid(s) for an evening, what would you say?

I guarantee the kids would have fun. So would Gronk.
