And, as a follow-up, Kapaernick illustrated his hypocrisy, too, when he admitted he didn't even vote in November. However, he kept a repeat offender, wife-beating kicker around when he knew what that gutless ***hole had done and then re-signed the same abusive coward to an extended contract after the fact. Until, of course, the temperature in his kitchen got too high. As Curran has said repeatedly, as recently as last night, Mara has Goodell right in his vest pocket. The Giants have gotten away scot free with more crap in the last 9 months than the entire league combined. If Kaepernick was a better QB than Manning, Mara would be rolling out the red carpet for him. Hypocrite...
WTF does that have to do with any of this? Oh, let me guess...well, just to even the scales, her childish stunt was reprehensible, too.
Pandering to a certain segment of the population. His actions in the last year make Jerry Jones and Mark Davis look good by comparison. So far, I've seen 2 replies that may or may not be equating sitting for the anthem with beating the **** out of your wife for years. I sure hope it's "may not."
Also, what's the point of Mara making such a nothing kind of statement? He's not taking anything that could be considered close to a side, and contributed no insight, so why even bother?

In some ways I am glad Defamegate happened. Now we know who these guys are.
Older joke, supposedly she was crying and had black eyes - maybe I'm trying to put it in contextWTF does that have to do with any of this? Oh, let me guess...well, just to even the scales, her childish stunt was reprehensible, too.
Worse. He's made a career out of it.Yup. Same idiotic mentality as Griffith.
Did Kap have 1 year left on his contract worth like 10 mil or something? And he opted out? I know I could probably google it but if he did opt out of that much money he is very dumb.
I heard he was opting out last year and I was thinking .. who is going to sign this guy? He isn't very good and people dislike him. I personally don't give a **** about his political stance but rich people do!
Someone may sign him as a back up but I don't think he is making any where near 10 mil bucks. maybe I heard wrong.
