No because he had not signed his tender yet and till he does everything will be in limbo.
I could have read Atlas shrugged but instead I read this thread and I'm a better man for it or at least I hope I am.
Just out of curiosity, how long did it take?I could have read Atlas shrugged but instead I read this thread and I'm a better man for it or at least I hope I am.

Are we there yet!?
DON'T MAKE ME TURN THIS CAR AROUND!
We will drive ALL THE WAY BACK THROUGH THIS MISTER!
There seems to be a lot of activity in this thread so I know its totally OT, but I'd like to ask a question and I need a quick answer.
Does anyone know if Ray Lewis killed a guy?
As what my father used to say when I was a kid saying that...."We are here, but not there!"Are we there yet!?

Either you're my brother or our father's said the same crap.
Another one of my Dad's favorites:
"Dad are we lost?"
"No I know exactly where we are."
"Where are we, Dad?"
"Right here"
and one more,
"Dad this isn't the way to the....."
"I'm taking a short cut". (Which usually meant an additional hour in the car.)
Ok, last one:
"Dad when will this Butler thread end?"
"It'll end when it's over"
You guys aren't finding this interesting?
What's fascinating for me isn't even the issue we're discussing. It's the position Andy has staked out, and his absolute unwillingness to even give a single inch no matter what evidence is brought before him. I find that, as a study of human psychology, to be incredibly interesting.
