It seems like it's being overblown to me, but I obviously could be wrong. Gronk had a "bad back" in addition to the knee before going out and destroying KC (if memory serves) a few years ago. He very well could have been dealing with a bad back, considering that's what shelved him this season and in college. Or it could have been some gamesmanship. We're two days from the SB, yet all this information is still leaking about Mack? It seems unlikely. I'm sure BB is planning for Mack either way, but it's still weird to me. I don't remember hearing this much about Gronk a few days before the 2011 game. Those who remember better, did we?OL injuries can hurt even a good offense, much like it did for us last year.
I think it's being a tad overblown, but it's not a non-story either.
