How many ****ing times does Brady need to do this before this board will never talk about being "super nervous" or "frightened" about a game against the Steelers?

He has owned them his entire career and that will never, ever, ever, ever change.

Can't believe how many people bought into Felger's narrative this week.

I wonder how the Patriots cheated this time? What excuse will there be for the Patriots winning despite our disrespect of the terrible towel?

The Steelers were one of the most overrated teams in this years playoffs. Their 3 Super Bowl runs were all due to pure avoidance of New England. At least Denver beat New England last year on their Super Bowl run. Pittsburgh has to avoid them completely to win the AFC. That Steeler offense is fun and cute in the regular season, but it flames out in the postseason as always.

Playing it out logically...

Observation 1: If you disrespect the terrible towel, the Steelers always win.

Observation 2: The Steelers didn't win, which contradicts Observation 1.

Conclusion: The only explanation can be that the Steelers were cheated out of victory.

Obviously, the fire alarm was part of it. If it is found that the perpetrator owns a hooded sweatshirt, this will link him to Belichick and it will be clear that he received instructions from the head coach.

Also, an irregularity will be discovered in Hogan's cleats. The studs in the cleats will measure several nanometers shorter than the league minimum. Ted Wells will declare that these shortened cleats provide an unimaginable advantage to the Patriots. Exponent using an industrial sander on the cleats prior to measuring them will be deemed a totally normal part of the scientific process.

Brady finished the day 32 of 42 (76.2%) for 384 yards, 3 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions, with a passer rating of 127.5. According to Pro Football Focus, Brady was on target for 36 of his 39 targeted passes (2 throwaways and 1 spike). He also suffered from 3 drops.

Furthermore, Brady was 3-of-3 on passes targeted 20-plus yards downfield for 74 yards and two touchdowns. On the nine dropbacks the Patriots ran play action, Brady was 8-of-9 for 135 yards and a touchdown. All the way down the line, he was simply spectacular.

The Steelers are so stubborn and might actually be mentally challenged. Only they would think fat Timmons could stop Edelman even though he failed mightily at it earlier in the year.

Actually, that's easier to ignore now that the game is over and we are onto Atlanta.

I think it's perfectly legit to be nervous before any playoff game. In a one and done scenario, the 'any given Sunday' adage rings true, and even truer when it comes to the AFC Championship game because both teams should be respectable.

To quote a Steeler, channeling his inner Denny Green, on Brady: “He is what we thought he was,” said safety Mike Mitchell.

Brady's last 7 games vs Pitt...22 TD--- 0 Ints,,,

I was saying this in the parking lot last night. Was the pass behind hogan across the middle the only bad pass he threw all night?

I will openly admit now, that Pitt is Made for Brady to go Rogue One Vader ending on. I realize now that KC would have been tougher match up. How stupid is Tomlin too. Tomlin is like "Random Storm Trooper" level. Tomlin reminds me of one of Kirk's security henchmen fodder on a random beam down mission.
