Green Bay. I can't root for Dallas. That town killed Kennedy! o_O:eek::confused:

I really don't care who wins, but I think it will be Dallas. Green Bay is coming off of a lot of injuries and that Dallas OL mowed them down like grass last time around. Of course, Prescott could completely crap all over himself in his first playoff game, but I don't see it happening. I think Dallas wins by 4.

Does Dallas control the lines of scrimmage? That's the ball game. Dallas has everybody healthy which gives them an edge. Green Bay is definitely a better team than when they last met. So it may be Rodgers vs Dallas OL.

P.S. If Dallas loses, expect Jason Garrett's seat to suddenly get hot again. He won't get fired, but end out the season just like 2007 when they lost in the Divisional Round to the Giants after a great regular season. The pressure will be on the redhead to get them to the Conference Game for the first time since 1996.

Seattle wins? - Go Packers!
Atlanta wins? - Go Cowboys!

Whoever comes out of this game will be a very dangerous team to play.

I think After watching GB we are forgetting about Atlanta too much. Atlanta has (this year) only a slightly less impressive QB but better weapons. Atlanta could be argued to be a better version of GB. What makes GB a bit scary though is how well Rodgers can create plays. Ryan is like Brady in that he needs to see the field and read it and hit his mark. IF they play doesn't work then it is unlikely he can extend it by himself too long or run for 15 yards.

However back to the point of this thread. I think Dallas wins. Nelson will either not play or not be effective. Dallas will be home and come to play. GB is not the same team away from home. Not close. Dallas has good balance and will score points unlike the Giants.

Its been many many years since Brady could hold on to a ball for 7 seconds inside the pocket with any amount of consistency. If you give any QB that much he is most likely going to find someone.

Brady will throw the ball away before he holds it for that long most of the time.

Jordy Nelson hit..

That's gotta be hurting today.

No way, no how, no where, no year, no time do I want the Pats to face Aaron ****ing "Run the Table" Rodgers and the Goddam "mystique" of the great Lombardi and his sacred GBP in the SB.

I want a nice Rookie QB like Dak, around whom BB has probably already developed a Game Plan that will end up in Canton, or Matt Ryan, who will be so freaked out to finally be in the SB that Belichick will get so far into his head that the Pats might finally have a two score lead in the last two minutes of a SB.
F*** it! Cowboys it is then!

A lot of people were picking Green Bay on the show I was watching this morning. Surprised me.

So Nelson ruled out. On the road, in a tough game - this is a big loss and do not think they will overcome it as easily as they did last week. I think people are underestimating the effect of his loss by assuming they will pick up where they left off in the second half last week.

They may. The Giants are a better defense than the Cowboys and the Packers were moving the ball on them without Nelson. That said, the Packers offense is probably going to be off the field for long periods of time as well while the Cowboys line up and run the ball down their throats.

I am just glad one of them will be out. Right now IMO the 2 scariest teams in the NFC.

I don't like Rogers either (the alienation thing bothers me, as there doesn't seem to be a good reason for it, but I am lucky to come from a close family), but a Pats/GB Superbowl, if we both got there, would be pretty cool. Win one for the 1997 team (when BB was the DC or the assistant coach, not sure which). I can't decide which team I want to win, but I agree, it should be a good game!

Rooting for Dalla because Green Bay scares me more

Same w Atlanta

I would go into the SB (if we make it) feeling confident against either ATL or DAL

Scared of Seattle and GB

Dont care who wins. Nobody's stopping the Patriots this year.

Before Nelson went down I would've pi cked GB in a close one. Now if I had to bet, I'd bet dallas.

I just don't understand any Patriot fan saying they're "scared" of anybody.

TB > Arod. Patriots are better offense and much better Defense.

It was the 1996 team that lost to GB. Officially, BB was "defensive backs coach" that year.

And this is why I want Dallas to win. Call me salty/petty or whatever, but I hate it that Brady isn't recognized as the greatest player walking at the current moment and all time.

I hope Dallas wins because I can't handle the media sucking off Rodgers and his "historic run" this year. There is just no perspective when it comes to that guy.

it wouldn't ruin my weekend if Americas #2 team chokes again. :D

if the Pats and the Cowgirls both make the playoffs .... it will be Americas #2 team against Planet Earths team
