Buff has their new head coach Sean Mcdermett just hashing out the details.
Very intetesting Carolina has had a good defense younger guy compared to majority of head coaches.
This is first reported by the Charlotte Observer.

Nothing official yet

I'm thinking...good news!

When I saw the Pats v Panthers one thing that stuck out, that is impossible to see on the national broadcasts, is how much of a motor is on Keuchly, on every single damned play. The TVs don't show it because they only show him when he tackles, or whatever, but when you see him in person, that guy is the brain of the defense, and the motor. He never stops, is just amazing. Until then I always wondered why he was so popular with the fans.

Plus, Norman was lights out crazy good last year.

This year Keuchly had that awful concussion, Norman gone. And defense was meh. I think the coaching just isn't all that. Keuchly has been with the Panthers since 2012, McDermott pretty much the same time. Just sayin.

So in sum, the take home message, the bullet point of this presentation is: I'm thinking this is very good news for us.

Yeah that keuchly concussion was scary.. I have never seen a guy look like that after a hit.. he looked
Discombobulated and a complete psychologic mess.

It wasn't your typical dazed and confused look.. It was like he wanted to start balling his eyes out but didn't know how. He might be done.

Okay hire. McDermott isn't bad but he isn't an upgrade to Rex Ryan either. I'm still not too worried about the Bills. Gase and the Dolphins are clearly the biggest divisional threat to us for next year.

Yaaaaaawn.

Totally boring hire that shows the Bills probably couldn't attract real talent considering their mess at GM and ownership. He will probably get 2-3 years though after the trainwreck the last couple coaches have been.

Not concerned as of this time. As said above, Gase is probably the second best HC in the division, and his team just played like dogshit in a playoff game.

Sean McPuppet

Probably, but I don't think the kid has a choice. He has a chance to become a HC. Maybe later in his career he can pull the strings, if he lasts long enough.

I feel bad for him. No serious candidate would take the HC job of that toxic dumpster fire of an ownership.

You generally get two shots at being a HC. It's too bad you are burning one on a team where you are almost guaranteed to fail.

I agree but I also think that's the problem. Why hire a guy if you don't allow him to pull the strings? Or why handcuff a guy to see how good he's going to be?

Only reason this hurts a little is it says Chargers are looking for a defense minded head coach.
That puts us at a real risk of losing Matty P
According to Si's coaching carousel they amazingly have us retaining both coordinators.
They are predicting Mcvay to Niners
Shanahan to the Rams
Denver with Miamis DC
Mike Smith to San Diego
That would be amazing.

Their defense was pretty bad this year. They did lose alot of guys from the SB team but typical crappy Bills hire. As a western NY'er myself they will never get a big name in there. Honestly I thought their best chance to maybe turn it around was Coughlin

Just setting up a repeat of history. In 2003 Weiss and Romeo were both highly regarded and thought to be #1 on several teams list. We kept both of them IMO in large part because we won the Super Bowl and no team wanted to wait that long. Then in 2004 after back to back 14-2 seasons they had that iconic 3 man group hug after winning 3 in 4 years.

So now it's 2016 and despite multiple interviews it's looking like we are going to keep both coordinators because of a super bowl run. Oh yeah and after a 14-2 season. Setting up a nice bookend of another 3/4 super bowl victories for dynasty 2.0 and another group hug because they are both leaving next year.

Your lips to God's playbook.
