Well at least the Dolphins fanbase will get their offseason scapegoat in shape of the ref crew.

Don't tell me the league cares about safety.
1.Ratings
2. Integrity
3. Making sure nobody knows what a catch is
4.Tebow
...
20. Player Safety
21. Punters

So let me get this right, did I just see Steve Smith in an NFL commercial teaching kids about having character by showing them film of himself starting fights and saying "don't do this"?
"Ice up, little Johnny."

He led with his helmet, so it's definitely roughing the passer IMO* - but Moore was an idiot for giving him the opportunity.

*it wouldn't have been a few years ago, mind.
Who's the Patriot who got Favre in the jaw on a similar whack (Favre wasn't scrambling but the location of the hit on Moore reminded me of it). Pryor maybe? I remember Favre actually got hit in the chest but the defender's helmet slid up and got the chin strap so got the penalty.

What a joke of a game. 6 points against the vaunted steelers defense.

LOL "they would never let him back into the game if there was any doubt" did NFL PR write that statement for him?

Don't worry, NFL are gonna put that hit in a highlights package for next week's game.

He is a runner there

Now the fans are conditioned to be soft. That was a good clean play.
Watching our favorites ****ing kill themselves or live as cripples from 40 on isn't going to be the normal anymore. The rules are only going to become more restrictive when it comes to big hits and no amount of ****IFICATION OF MURICA mewling is gonna change that.

He was outside the pocket and he's a runner. Just because he's a quarterback and it looked bad doesn't mean it was an illegal play.

Miami can't get off the field on 3rd down today

Miami should feel good, they have weathered the storm, are just down by two scores, a turnover on defense for them and we have a ball game.
unfortunately, pittsburgh is yet to punt the football.

Do as I say not as I do.

Myron Pryor.

Cover Bell? Nah.

He's not a runner until he tucks the ball and runs forward

Please let their be a 1 on 1 Suh vs. Roethlisberger moment with him out of the pocket.

Dont you just hate these commentators who suck these players nuts on wildcard weekend and then week after that same team get blown out. There is a reason these teams play on this weekend - because they scraped into playoffs
What are they supposed to do ? Kill them that they suck they are playing on Wild card weekend ? . Did you hear gruden talk about brady during the MNF game ? thats what announcers do to every team they are covering.

How is what #45 of Pittsburgh did after that fake punt was over not a penalty??????

The Steelers are providing the heaters.. refs keeping the big picture in mind..

Bell can be limited if you have gap discipline. In the modern NFL there has never been a RB that can't be stopped.

He was in the middle of throwing the ball. Hard to be a runner when you're throwing the ball. Guy went to his head with the crown of his helmet. If it wasn't illegal, it ****ing well should be.

Brady will complete passes like that all day against this secondary.

Brady's completion percentages vs the Steelers over the years

'16- 19 of 26 (73%)
'15- 25 of 32 (78%)
'13- 23 of 33 (69%) 400 yard game
'11- 24 of 35 (68%)
'10- 30 of 43 (70%) 350 yard game
'07- 32 of 46 (69%) 400 yard game
'05- 31 of 41 (76%) 370 yard game
'04 playoff- 14 of 21 (66%)
'04- 25 of 42 (58%)
'02- 29 of 43 (67%)
'01 playoff- 12 of 18 (66%)

Other than that '04 regular season game dude hasn't been less that 66% against them and basically 6 of the 11 games he's been 70% or above.

steelers will score another TD before the half.
