Not sure if it's more of a reflection of good roster health, but there's a certain level of swagger and determination about this Patriots team that's stood out the last couple of bye days....I'm hoping this will shape up to be another memorable Super Bowl run!

Well, I'm glad they seem like they have urgency. I know everyone wants to win, but this crew seems intent on getting things done. Last year's team was brilliant - but they couldn't overcome major injuries.

they are hurting bad plus their bye was way back in october. whatever works for them.

I havent felt this confident since 2004, but for different reasons. Its all good for the Pats as long as they don't listen to Vegas/ and its over confident fans.

Chiefs taking time off from practice during bye week

To be fair, I believe there's a rule in the CBA that mandates four (five?) consecutive days off from practice during a bye week. The Chiefs are just doing it sooner (and maybe extending it a bit). The Pats are off from tomorrow through Monday or Tuesday.
