Another uncle was a marine, participated in numerous landings in the Pacific.

It's a satirical term that blacks (and whites) use to illustrate what they believe to be racial profiling. It's not disrespectful: the term means that blacks are getting pulled over only because they're black. It's accepted by everyone (except maybe by police): blacks, whites, print media, TV, college professors...I doubt I'll ever hear anyone else object to the use of "driving while black." You're wrong.

Quinn took what the defense was giving him and ended up nearly winning the game. I agree that it is preseason so it doesn't mean he is going to be a great quarterback, but knocking him because he didn't force the ball downfield into double coverage when the short passes were wide open doesn't really make sense to me. He showed poise and like I said, took what the defense gave him. He deserves credit for the way he played, especially considering he missed so much of practice, but it is only preseason and he wasn't doing it against real NFL caliber players.

Gee, I wonder where we heard that before?

Personally, I hope Quinn succeeds if for no other reason then the fact that it'll help the Pats "pwn teh Fish" and Pats fans pwn Dolphin fans for another decade or so.
