I think everyone on this board had high hopes for Flowers based on the flashes he's shown... I'm just mildly shocked that his play has grabbed national attention to the point that Gruden referred to him as "maybe the Pats' best defensive player" on their first defensive series. He made a point of getting that in there - did it come from someone with the Pats in production meetings? hmmm
