Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

Tell me, do those $100 'extras' have anything at all whatsoever to do with the cheerleaders?
Perhaps this is the wrong forum for a detailed blow by blow reply.

There will be "appearances by the Patriots Cheerleaders".

So I guess the restraining order will be in effect for me.:(

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

Why stop at the Dallas game? Why not do all the away games like this.
I'm sure he would sell plenty of tickets.

Because it's cold and the NFL package is better.

it will be funny if they charge for parking

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

I think 25$ bucks is pretty steep if you ask me. Plus I bet the viewing can't be that great.

If anything, they should sell the away game rights to movie theaters and sell tickets to that. now that would be a good time (much like they do with the Sox games, but I imagine it being much better with the Pats)

It would be cool if most theaters served beer...

Boy that Krafty must think Patriot fans are some serious losers...which one of you clowns would show up at this event? Hey Krafty, if we want to leave the comforts of our own home to watch an away game on TV, we'll do it at a local pub...thanks for that generous offer though. ;)

Geesh, this guy would sell tickets to his own mothers funeral.

Don't let the fact that this is for charity sway your biased thought patterns now.

Charity? Where does it say charity? Is it the "Myra Kraft Hits 5th Ave Hard" charity?

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

But how many people will voluntarily sit outdoors to watch a December night game on tv???

We shall soon see, i imagine. We shall soon see.

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

I wish the Krafts would upgrade the video boards. I was in there a few weeks ago to watch pratice (from the bubble becasue of rain) and it was difficult to get a good look at the action. The stadium is gorgeous....but the video boards need to be upgraded. HD would be excellent!

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

It sounds like fun if I wasnt going to the game in dallas I would be interested in this I wonder if they will do it again...

That's what "those" people do, right Danny Boy?

"those" people?...football team owners?...wives of executives?...what are "those" people?

Please explain.

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

Is this a Pats fan site or the whiner line. Every thread within two or three posts starts going negative. And this is the site of probably the next Super Bowl winner and after winning 3 others and with no end in site of sub 10 win seasons.

God, if you can't afford $25 for entertainment then you need to be spending more time working than posting.

I went to a closed circuit Pats game at Ridge Arena - 5000 fans going nuts and I will always remember it.

The question is - Why not?

By the way - at your mothers' funeral why not b*tch about the funeral director, or maybe bury her in the back yard.

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

Isn't it kind of stupid to pick a less meaningful non conference game for the fans to watch at the stadium but better if it were an AFC clash or better yet showing the games at Miami or Buffalo?

Charity? Where does it say charity? Is it the "Myra Kraft Hits 5th Ave Hard" charity?

"More than 20 former Patriots are reuniting at Gillette Stadium to watch the Pats vs. Cowboys at 4:15pm on Sunday, Oct. 14. Hear them reminisce and share stories from seasons past, and all the proceeds go to New England youth athletics."

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

Lol, you gotta love the internet. Kraft puts together a nice event to raise a few tens of thousands of dollars for charity and gets ripped for money-grubbing.

Mods--please put "(For Charity)" on this thread title so that the thread doesn't dissuade folks from attending, plus it'd give a good laugh to read all this Kraft flaming.

It's just "Danny Boy" -- he only exists to accuse Bob Kraft of money grubbing (and probably having horns). But sure, I'll change the title.

People who are biased don't know or care about anything other than making biased statements at every opportunity.

He would be much happier if a Sullivan still owned the team. It wouldn't matter if we played in a run down stadium and the owner meddled in football operations, had a puppet coach, and we couldn't get any players to come or stay here.

Re: Dallas away game shown at Gillette

Some people just want to be such "individuals" they say nonsensical things to seperate themselves from the crowd.
