My buddy's wife and Gisele had the same OBGYN in Boston. She was preggo with the girl (buddy's wife had a boy) He was in the waiting room (waiting for his wife) when Gisele walked in. She sat 4 chairs away and gave him a courtesy smile as she sat down. She had a well dressed bodyguard with her.

He claims he was calm when Gisele was there but when a certain person called her cell and he started overhearing the convo and she asked, "How was practice?" and it ending with "I love you too" he got all giddy.

believe it or not, her smile was probably more than just courtesy. i just watched her interview with charlie rose (thanks to @ChessToCheckers for mentioning it), and she addressed that very topic:

Funny commercial - I don't live in the area and don't know Shileds MRI. I just dislike seeing halthcare advertisements. Every sports venue is laden with them...and I can only imagine the cost of getting TB12 for a 30second spot. Just my take...
