Brady to Moss, back of the end zone, with the ball nine or ten feet in the air where only a leaping Randy Moss can catch it...

Maybe we could put AD back there to catch those high ones. Why should Vrabel be the only LB to double as a receiver? In additon, Thomas has 12 Int and fumble recoveries and 5 TDs!!!

I remember the first one back in 2001 but not the second and Brady's stats list only one reception so maybe the second one was incomplete. I can't even imagine them calling that play again with TB in the game (Cassel, maybe) considering the risk of injury and downside.........

I am wandering if it wast attempted in a playoff game early in TB's career. I am almost certain I have seen it twice.

Direct snap to Faulk is a good one. That's been used a few times for some key yards.

I like that one.

That's because that was a one-off play, rather than something the Pats have done multiple times. I don't expect a rerun anytime soon.

I would love to see it done again this year primarily would be great against an oncoming Jason Taylor or Aaron Schoebel,2 of Brady's nightmare defensive linemen.

When you see him move that way no wonder all the ladies want to catch the moves of the Bradyman

One of my favorites is the Brady goose. Works for 5 yards every time.

Neal sweeps right, Brady pump fakes left, does a 360 and lofts a touch pass right to a TE with Neal in place to block.

first time was a 30+yd TD to Graham, and it later also produced a couple of long gains to Watson

Yup - doesn't matter how long it is.. I thing Seymour's caught a few too... but generally I'd say having key defensive players take goaline TE duty is a Patriots hallmark - often as a diversion, but often as the real target.

One of my favorite plays was the fake field goal direct snap to Adam Vinatieri, who then turned and hit a wide-open Troy Brown, who had run onto the field inside the numbers, then turned around and started running to the sideline as though he just realized he wasn't supposed to be in for that play.

With Branch it worked like a charm. I remember we had a huge play against Minnesota with a great block from David Thomas off the quick-screen.
