Mort back on TV

"In breaking news, NFL reporter Chris Mortensen is thrilled to be back at ESPN after battling cancer. He says he has new, completely fabricated stories about New England Patriots cheating.

Mortensen says, 'That chemo's some good sh*t, man. Roger's gonna love what came to me in my delirium. I doubt that the Patriots will ever draft another first rounder.'"

I'm genuinely happy that he's been able to fight the cancer he had and return to ESPN.. I truly mean that...

Because now that piece of ****ing **** can own up to and be held accountable for his capitulated railroad job of Tom Brady and the Patriots.... maybe he can play his violin some more and tell us how disappointed he is that Brady isn't playing football right now.. mother ****er!

Welcome back you ****! I mean that from the bottom of my heart...

and now to quote a wise man, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom and take a Mort"

Jeez some of you are M E A N.

Not nearly as mean as what that piece of **** did to Tom Brady, one of the greatest ambassadors this sport has ever seen

I'm glad hes back and healthy, because now we can go at him like a ****** hurricane! How I would love for Brady to come back and just absolutely obliterate every single team on the schedule on the way to total redemption with a 19-0 record.. or **** it, maybe we lose next week to buffalo and we go 18-1 and win the SB... against the Giants!

A man can dream

The thing is, Mort doesn't even need to apologise to Brady, the Patriots or Patsfans. All he needs to do is correct himself with a public statement. It's simple professional courtesy.

It's too late for that......I want him to keep it in so it rots his soul

Somehow that made me laugh. I wish I could quit you, IllegalContact.

You guys are sick. Football is a game; cancer is some real ****.

Football is a game until morally hollow f*cks like Mort knowingly let the GOAT be wrongly sent down the river ..... f*ck him.....the planet is better off without him

Park his ass next to Madoff

everyone here wishing him well, because he can now "own up" to his mistakes.

you're ****ing delusional. That man will never accept responsibility, and will never release his "source".

he single handedly shafted the patriots draft. hes a worthless sack of garbage, actually, you can turn most garbage into compost, which is better then what mort is.

If he can't find honesty at this point, then all hope is lost for us Pats fans as far as Mort is concerned. I care deeply about the illness he carries, however, it doesn't effect my anger and resentment towards him. I want him and Roger to live long enough to watch 1000 Patriot Belichick Trophies being raised before they get to go toes up.

Best reply on this thread, This is what I hope too, I rather have them live a long life to witness the Patriots dominance throughout the majority of their lifetime.

I don't wish anyone to have cancer, it is a terrible insidious disease. BUT, having it doesn't grant him immunity from criticism for what he did or his lack of accountability in correcting a blatant lie.

He's a douche with cancer. That about sums it up for me. I'm sorry he has cancer, I'm sorry he's a douche
