I'm actually fine with Blount gaffney white and foster as long as they are healthy. If bolded s/t value is that high we can keep foster on the practice squad for now.

Foster showed plenty last night to prove he's up to the task of being in this backfield.
He certainly did better than Gaffney at picking up the blitz. And, in all honesty, better than Bolden or White who were crap in the previous game.

I 100% agree, I want them to keep Foster and expect that they will. I just can't call him anything like a lock.

My sense is the Patriots are always looking to upgrade their roster at any position and while the RB situation could be stronger, I'm okay with it after seeing Foster in live game action. I'm not saying they won't try to pick up another RB, but they are always working guys out.

With the stolen 1st we probably wouldn't be in this situation. I bet Derrick Henry (the only RB I would take from this draft) would be on Pats shortlist (with possibly Jaylon Smith, Myles Jack, Jason Spriggs). I am not saying BB would take him in 1st round. We could trade down a bit and still get him.
