Dobson afraid to go across the middle, tried to fall into the ball and catch it with his body. Yeah, he got hit before the ball got there, should have been PI, but it also shouldn't have mattered, he should have shielded it.

That was preceded by Dobson stopping his route. If he was supposed to stop there, then it's on Brady. If not, it's on Dobson. It was a good defensive play to turn it into an interception, definitely no taking credit away there, but if Dobson continues running or Brady doesn't lead him so much, there's no opportunity for the pick.
