This is a huge mistake. He can't possibly be ready. I know he's not ready. Who's responsible for deciding he's ready? I think he should be held out until the 2019 playoffs, when he might be ready, but we can't wait forever...

Im a big Ivan Fears fan, excellent coach, he always seems so upbeat and positive, always praising the running backs, at least in the videos I've seen of him at various camps and games.
