Just to take the first example. You are saying this is a lie:

"Unknown to Anderson, and without Anderson?s permission or the
permission of any other member of the officiating crew, McNally had taken the
balls from the Officials Locker Room towards the playing field."

But what support do you have for any of this being a lie? I'm sorry, but I want to understand what it is you're saying.

Is your point about Daniels that, it is irrelevant whether Daniels (or anyone else) gave McNally permission to take the balls, because no one cared whether McNally took the balls (which seems likely)? I mean, this makes more sense than what Wells is saying, but Wells is working for the NFL, so all of the inferences he draws from the facts support the NFL's position. Drawing inferences in favor of the NFL is not lying, its lawyering.

You are hopeless. Completely hopeless. You're denser than a solid cement wall.

And no, it is not lawyering. It's outright lying. Why? Because the Wells Report fails to mention that NFL Official James Daniel (no "s") saw McNally. Furthermore, McNally did the same thing at half-time and it was no issue then either.

I'm done with you. You used to be an intelligent and capable poster. Now, you've become nothing more than an NFL C**K sucking troll.

You have an issue separating facts from inferences from opinions. People like you are why litigants and lawyers are so terrified of juries.

So what if McNally walked past Daniel? The point made in the paragraph you cited is that McNally left without permission, which is apparently a breach of protocol. Maybe Daniel was spacing out when McNally walked by, maybe he assumed that McNally had obtained permission from Anderson or another official, maybe attendants routinely leave with the balls and the officials don't care (LIKELY!). These are all INFERENCES based upon FACTS (that McNally walked by Daniel with the balls). The Patriot lawyers that drafted the Wells Report in Context draw INFERENCES (that the officials didn't care that McNally was taking the balls) in favor of their position from the FACTS (that McNally walked by Daniel), which INFERENCES you misinterpret as FACTS. On the other hand, you misinterpret poor or illogical INFERENCES drawn by WELLS as false FACTS, i.e., lies. Again, no one is arguing that the Wells Report isn't nonsense; my point is simply that is a good piece of lawyering (without lying!) given the absolute horrid evidence available to him.
