Kraft "trying" to get 1st round pick back

Glad to see my season ticket dollars are going to support our team's fight against the league...

He could have written this at any time. The tweet does not give a time frame. It could just be coming out now, but it could have been written a long time ago.

Still not an exact date but yeah.

Dear Roger,

But I digress.

-Bob Kraft

Very frustrated - more and more as "new reports" become available. This isn't quite as aggravating as that Vincent report several days ago, but...

I don't know how Kraft fan keep talking to these people. He is obviously not nearly as upset about it as people on here.

I'm sure, in the letter, in regards to the Pats losing the first-rounder, Kraft objected.

BUT... did he...

That can make all the difference!!! :D

Kraft to reporters on PSI: "[NFL] did their own testing. They have results. For whatever reason they haven't shared them with any of us."

We're not getting the picks back but at least we can embarrass the NFL's investigation. Demand that they release the PSI data.

You can't embarrass people who have no shame.

Seriously its at a point where people should be thrown in jail... They announced before the season began that they would be collecting data of footballs.. they documented their entire process for doing it and it clearly stated they would collect the data readings before the game, at half time and at the end of the game..

Throughout the year, reporters asked them about it and the NFL said they have the data but "arent sure how we're going to release that at this time".. they stuck to this for the entire year, until the winter came around.. and then they had some extreme weather games with actual data that I would bet everything I own was completely consistent with what happened to the Patriots footballs... and now the NFL has come out and said "It was never about collecting data, we never did a data collection.. we just wanted to do spot checks to ensure that the chain of custody was not being violated and we're happy to report there were no violations last year!"

Its so %@#ing disgusting... its Enron level fraud going on and yet there are almost zero reporters who are pushing this to get answers on that data..

THEY HAVE THE @%$#ING DATA IN THEIR POSSESSION! WHY WOULD YOU NOT WANT TO SHARE IT? Oh thats right, because it would prove how full of %^*@#ing **** Park Avenue is and how this was an illegal witch hunt from the get go to handicap the Patriots and make them worse so that the rest of the NFL, and more importantly the Jets, could hope to catch up to them.

Would love to see a giant lawsuit formed out of this that brings the NFL to its knees and completely dismantles its anti-trust scam it has going on.. Ill take my chances with the Patriots as an independent market and team over the rest of the league... F this "collective 32" BS.. the other 31 don't seem to give a **** when Fraudell abuses his powers to punish the Patriots.. its gotten out of hand and needs to be destroyed

This is sarcasm right?
He wrote a letter a month ago, and 'is moving on' from whether he even got a response.
What value are you talking about?

Understand your pessimism but in recent months I've seen more and more media outlets question the validity of deflategate science, motives and fairness. A letter from Kraft is another baby step in the right direction. How does deflategate end? Who knows but I'm sure it has not panned out the way Goodell had anticipated.

kraft wrote a letter? he did the same thing for brady during the 1st appeal. tom got suspended anyway lmao

**** you bob. gutless POS

he'll look even worse if brady's suspension gets overturned..

Doesnt matter what media outlets questions, etc... If Goodell sits on this until after the draft which is clearly the case, then the pick is lost forever and cannot be awarded back... once April draft has come and gone, Goodell and Park Avenue win

It's a slap in the face to every single one of us. If he really wanted Tom's suspension overturned and the draft picks back, he'd have done his own PSI study and not said crap like "He's doing a great job!"

What a joke, man. It is like last May all over again when I was disgusted with him. Any chance he can stay in Boca Raton and sell the team to anyone with a spine?

Funny, he "tried" to get the picks back - just like I recently "tried" to convince my boss I deserved

more upfront compensation. Like, Bob, I'd already signed the contract, and they weren't going

to help me out just because it was "fair."

Blech.

Did not know they could not be returned after the draft. Ouch.

Had a glimmer of hope of getting them back at some point but you have now crushed it. Thanks
