I'm saying it's possible he knew Superman was going to take off his mask but still chose to keep up the act. I'm basing this on The Dark Knight Returns but even though this movie is slightly based on this, it's possible it takes a much different direction. It's all speculation.

No, you said that it was likely that Batman thought that Supes already knew his secret identity but he kept up the act because he's stubborn. You also said that people don't try to predict others actions in such situations, which would be a first ever for Batman I believe. Now you're agreeing with my original point that he should know that Supes could rip off his mask easily so why bother with having a lead mask (which was never established) and/or gratuitously using a fake voice but trying to pretend that's your overall point I think?
