From PFT... more draft picks to be given away??

What bunch of f...ing tools, instead of preparing for the game they worried about this crap.. Tannenbaum and his stench moved on down to Miami..

Report: Dolphins took anti-cheating precautions in New England

The Miami Herald reports that the Dolphins took extra precautions to guard against potential cheating by the Patriots when Miami went to New England in October.

Among those precautions was bringing more equipment staffers than they do for most road trips to ensure that no Patriots employee would have any reason to put their hands on the Dolphins’ gear, with the idea that if the Patriots’ staffers did handle the Dolphins’ stuff, they might tamper with it.

And for what reasons, they thought they would make the playoffs?

Maybe they should take extra precautions to keep Mike Tannenbaum and the rest of Dolphins' management away from their personnel decisions. I think Tannenbaum may be secretly still on the Jets payroll for giving Tannehill an elite QB contract and mortgaging the future on a ridiculous contract for Suh.

Peyton Manning gets accused of using PEDs, and suddenly this story comes out. What an amazing coincidence! Great job watching out for the integrity of the game, Roger.

And none of those stories used the word "cheat" — except in reference to the Patriots.

You mean Peyton*.....

Mesh this piece of crap reporting with the Peter King Inferiority Thread..

In their heads, in their heads..

Funny thing is, I'd bet Belichick and the Patriots take these "extra precautions" all the time. (How many Jets employees do you think have handled Patriots gear over the years? I'm thinking maybe zero). But of course Belichick is "paranoid."

The other migrant crisis: Cubans are streaming north in large numbers

Belichick has masterminded a flood of Cubans to infiltrate Miami and doctor the Dolphins' footballs, move the goal line forward to make it easier to get safeties when Ryan Tannehill fumbles, spike Ndamakung Suh's frijoles, videotape ballrooms, bug Dolphins' cars, homes, and lockers, and place the word "Interim" before every coach's and executive's name to freak them out.

There is no proof of any of this, but since when does anybody need proof to make accusations in the NFL?

Just as retired new yorkers move to south Florida, Tannenbaum has relocated the former "New Jersey Jets Traveling Clown Show " to Miami. Looking at all their antics over the last few years, they are now THE laughingstock of the NFL. Remember preseason when mediots everywhere gave them a decent shot at winning the division? Damn, I'm almost laughing out loud while typing that last sentence.

I don't put it past the NFL to leak stuff like this for misdirection, but I think if anyone leaked this to draw attention away from their PR nightmares it was the Dolphins. The storyline in Miami right now is Brent Grimes' wife tweeted crap about Tannehill and how the Dolphins imploded this year and there are going to sweeping changes. I think the people who would benefit from this story is the Dolphins and their management because it will dominate local sports radio rather than player wives' tweets.

I doubt this story gets much national attention. I really doubt the league leaked this story. I think it was definitely a Dolphin leaked story to draw attention away from the disaster that is the Miami Dolphins.

I hear there was a plot afoot to have the Deflator sprinkle hot sauce in Suh's jock.

Actually, I fully agree with you on that. I'm just so sick and tired of these accusations, though, that I had to vent even if it was misguided!

I love that the Pats are the boogeyman in the NFL. I'll take any psychological advantage the Pats can get.

Thanks for putting this out before the playoffs start. I don't mind putting more fear into opponents' noggins.

Another loser franchise. Can't wait to see what wrong move they make next.

Man i hope we win by 4 tds. They should be worried about their embarrassing season after all the hype

I love the part where it makes opposing teams and their fans behave like paranoid jackasses.

The part where it encourages defamation, poor sportsmanship, and disrespect . . . and we lose drafts picks for no reason, not so much.

Folks!!!!!

There will probably be a 75% Patriots crowd there this Sunday.

Think about that for a second. This will be a home game in a warmer climate.
