This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
Again the issue is that he specifically says they want to kick into a specific direction and the ref still asks the Jets players where they want to receive.
You can see that this is where Slater suddenly freaks out about whats going on and not about kicking/receiving.
Slater wanted to determine the direction to kick not to get the ball. BB decided to kick off its on him. Worst coached worst prepared game of the year. Maybe ever. Just dumb

"You want to kick?" --Referee - & part-time Jedi - Clete Blakeman using the mind trick on Slater. #NEvsNYJ
The Pats elected to kick in past games, and I can see why in this game, they wanted to force a 3 and out and get the ball back in good position, it blow out in their faces, it happens.
Might Slater have said, "We want THE kickoff?" instead of "We want TO kickoff?" because he immediately said, "We won the coin toss, don't we get to choose?"
we need to have a bit more faith in the offense. last time they had the ball they figured it out a bit...i know bill was trying to play field position but we cant play coy all game
LOL.........we lost the game due to conservative play-calling, NOBODY getting open until it was critical (please football gods bring back Edelman and Amendola), O-Line getting trashed further with injuries, NO real attempt at a running game(understandable though)
Mental mistakes.........kneeling before the half after a weird TO(last one too) on the kickoff, OT was a cluster from the coin-toss to Tavon Wilson getting owned on a rub route for a huge gain. Plus that PI on Butler, that would've given us enough time to get a FG before the half, was phantom........he didn't grab with his hand it was just riding Decker's hip. Amazing that these 50/50 calls always screw US at the end of games...
I'm checking out. The only gutless, shameful, dissapointing (and the rest of the lame adjectives being used) effort is by the so called Pats fan trolls on this thread.
Oh it makes sense now. Slater wanted to kick, but they wanted to kick in a certain direction. You can't have both. You either kick/receive or choose the direction, can't choose both.
