Former UCF WR. Word on him is:

2014: 36 catches, 514 yards, 5 TDs. 17 punt returns, 9.8 yards per return. Tore ACL in November 2014.

Strengths: very good size. He was arguably UCF's most reliable receiver in his time. Has very good (but not great) speed for his size as well. Excellent at maintaining body position downfield and using his size to maximizeroom to make the catch. Returns kicks, too.

Interesting. Trying to figure this front office people out can make you crazy but I don't think a theory of trying to give him a bit more time under less pressure to pick up the offense is a bad idea. How much are they paying him? If it is a lot it will be an indicator of how they value him.

Glad to know it wasn't some kind of attitude issue at least. He wouldn't have been ready to play for a couple weeks anyway, makes sense to keep him on the practice squad while he studies up and gets some reps. Would be cool if he could be competent in the offense by playoff time. Bring Jules and Gronk back just in time to unleash the two back White & Williams pony formation

It seems we have two people on the squad at offensive positions that have been depleted, despite common wisdom these guys were long gone.

What I'm saying is, it only takes a big play or two, or even a few small plays by unknowns, to turn a game around.Maybe Williams and Harper get in a play or two.

It's a lot more likely than some guy who's been on another team or on his couch for 6 months, contributing at this point.
