He's probably on a 'no throwing' restriction. In the off chance he were to further damage his shoulder throwing a ball, he'd probably lose any right he could hope to have for an insurance claim.

Ain't it a great thing about the way BB runs this team? We don't know if the guy's pro bowl material or has a shoulder that's so bad he wouldn't be able to play in slow pitch softball game of seven year olds... Let's hope our opponents are as dissonant as we are on the subject!

If Laurance stays healthy we are going to be real hard to stop for anybody.
