This was Dobson 'the veteran' chance to show he belongs on the Patriots (or eventually some other team) as a legit WR. 2 Major passing targets, and probably Martin, gone for the Patriots means Dobson was almost certainly going to get some targets/opportunities.

If Martin can't go, let's see what Chris Harper can do and be prepared for the extremely likely possibility that he's already better than Dobson anyway.

He's only questionable. Let's not bury him quite yet. He still could start for all I know and put up 6 grabs for 80 yards and a TD.

Actually, there were a couple of guys at Marshall who had more catches. I was unimpressed with the selection because he was a small fish in a little pond.
