With a short week upcoming...we came out of the game with no real injuries

Sheard and Cannon did not participate in practices last week, and seeing as Tuesday is the only real day of practice before Thursday, it's highly doubtful that they'll be ready to go

Lewis on the other hand......might be a different story......

I'd think cannon and Lewis will be back, maybe Martin too

It's possible (I'm saying he absolutely did, but it's possible) that BB held these players back for yesterday so at least one or two will be available for Thursday.

I expect Edleman and Gronk to be key (as always), but maybe pull Dobson and/or less of Lafell and more of Martin instead? Lafell will get there, but it may take a few weeks. Getting Dion back would be great, too. Maybe not as a pure RB, but as a passing option as well if Lafell, Dobson, or Martin aren't having a good day(s).

On D, getting Sheard back would be a huge plus. Jones and Nink went full out Sunday. They need another option to not leave them gassed in that position by the 3rd quarter Thursday.

Here's to hoping!

Or they can hold them back another week. We will see
Thats the only benefit to playing on Thursday night is that you get a couple of extra days to heal before the next game.

The problem is that you need to play 2 games in 5 days to get there

If we can just squeak through this next game with no more, we can have a mini bye to get healthier for the second half. I know we all want to win all the games but Bill is right in holding these questionable guys out for the long haul. It's tough with the early bye and Bill has his eyes set on something other than winning ever regular season game, as important as each one is.

Ehh they will be fine..then a mini bye

It's a nice break. A win w/no injuries on Thursday sets the Pats up really nicely with a quick visit to NY the only trip away from home until after Thankgiving.

Looking good...

Don't worry folks the Dolphins in Foxboro are bonus round.

It was nice to have a game with no one on the Pats getting hurt really. First time in the past few games that has happened.

I don't know exactly what the usual amount of injuries are but losing your starting LT and starting #2 CB for the year after only 6 games is ahead of schedule as far as the injury bug goes. We really need a few healthy weeks. It be nice to get a win at Miami with no injuries then we get that long layoffs to try to get healthy. That is the closest thing the Pats have to a bye for the rest of the year till the playoffs.
