Is this as bad as the butt-fumble?

  • Hell yeah. Definitely a low-light for a scum-bag team

Luck make any opposing defense look legit.

That must be why Brady has historically struggled more against the Jets/Bills/Ravens types of defenses, then?

With different offenses. This current offensive unit is better suited to play against those types of defenses.

We may only drop 30 on the Jets, as opposed to the 40 we put up against Buffalo. That's good enough.

So the media is really gonna take the "it's not Luck's fault" line? F'n typical.
Of course, its the oline, its the defense its everyone except manning ..err luck... 2003-2004 redux.

I agree with you....the Ravens more so than the Jets. But the Bills??? Isn't Brady like 24-3 against them?

Luck turned the ball over four times tonight, but remembers guys: the loss isn't on him. It's never on him.

The same suckwads that ballwashed Farve, Ballwashed Manning, Ballwashed a bunch of flash in the pan newby QBs a few years back, and now ballwash Luck are the same people who pushed Framegate with full force. I'm not sure why their opinions are worth even mentioning -- are they?

Is this loss all on Luck? I don't think so, not even close. IMHO the loss is on grigson more than anyone and I like it that way. This Colts team stinks with a high putrid and I loved seeing the dismay on Grigson's scumbag face. They are clearly getting beat in the trenches (both sides) and they appear to have few receivers who can actually get open. So I don't fault Luck entirely for the flimsy passing number. But for Luck to be that friggin sloppy with the ball was amateurish and putrid in its own right and he deserves a full share for the loss.
For all the Luck ballwashing haters out there I think you'll have that one off your plate soon enough. If the OL keeps playing like that and Luck is scrambling that much, he is headed for IR. No way can a QB take that kind of beating/be out there to take hits over an extended period of time and stay healthy. I just hope he is still around for the Patriot game. Grigson watching his #1 QB and his whole team get thoroughly embarrassed in an EPIC way in front of the home crowd is too good not to hope for. For that to happen will be like a mini SB win for me....

Jets showing you can make up for a lot of deficiencies with a great d-line

27 and 17 against the Jets last year, and that group didn't have Revis/Cromartie. We don't know what the future will hold, but there's no need for you to join Viper in ridiculous mode.

Who said anything about the team? I said the defense is legit. It's not as if I said anything controversial. Even a blind man could see that defense is legit.

Ok. The defense is legit. The Jets have a soft schedule. They could make the playoffs given that the competition in the AFC looks pretty thin.

They don't look like a serious threat to the Patriots winning the AFC East absent some calamity.

Howard the Duck meets Luck the Duck

I was referring to the current crew, under a Rex Ryan style. Brady chewed them up, but that's unusual.

Patriots point totals v. Jets, in 2013 and 2014:

13
27
27
17

It hasn't been all roses and parades in recent outings.

Thursday night games featuring divisional opponents are always hard to predict and produces unexpected results.

In the 2nd game, Edelman did not play.

Not to mention that this offense looks better than last year so far.

Please keep admonishing those who disagree with you.

Do you lead a cult by chance?

the colts defense is still trash.
if fitz was half decent, they'd score at least 35....revis, still out of this world. sucks we couldnt bring him back..

with that being said, i hope the jets lose all of their remaining games. although i must admit, bowles seems like a nice guy.

I'm admonishing (your word) someone who can't be bothered to think.

Classic...dumb Colts spend their big wad of cash on a broken down RB while the Pats pick up Dion Lewis from Burger King and give him vet minimum. Who do you think is better?

I blame the over-inflated balls for the low scoring.

So since the Jets D hasn't played an offense that does not fumble on the 1 yard line without a hit or do anything else effectively, you say they are really, really good? Huh. Cool.

Makes sense.
