Would anyone be suprised if the arrogant nfl now levied a new punishment on brady on non cooperation or some other crap ?

I hope they do, there is now some pretty strong precedent that the NFL has never given notice a player can be suspended for non-cooperation

One disturbing note from Berman according to Judy Batista, Berman noted that Roger Goodell was deemed to be an impartial arbiter. First that kind of blows my mind, and I worry about what impact that tidbit might have in appeal.

Then off course since I haven't read the decision myself (and I doubt Judy did either), I love if someone more proactive will confirm or deny this surprising remark.

BTW- Judy did say this was the only positive for the NFL. The rest was totally in favor of the NFLPA

Berman didn't say Goodell was fully impartial, he simply didn't find Goodell was "evidently partial".

Berman on Goodell using broad CBA policy instead of examples (Vikings-Panthers) : "to impose discipline upon Brady is legally misplaced."

The only element that Berman did not "concur" with was the claims that Goodell was biased which could somewhat be construed as an "opinion". IMO that makes an appeal DOA.
