Only thing Iam curious about is that the judge has not made any comment yet about the CBA or any such stuff. He is basically going after the original wells report. But at least today he asked questions about Goodell's leap in his ruling.

He was saying how long the hearing took (two hours, 15 minutes). Started at 10:00 a.m., over just after 12:00 p.m.

He grilled Nash on why the Brady team wasn't able to call Jeff Pash (need to doublecheck that name) wasn't allowed to be called as witness.

A little reading between the lines but I find it interesting that last week Judge has comments basically stating this case is about the events on the day of the AFC championship. Then today he is critical of the fact nothing links Brady to the date in question. NFL lawyers tried to argue Wells assumed this but judges says Wells is a smart man and doesn't buy that he didn't specifically state such.

My interpretation: Judge says focus on Jan 18 and then there is no link between Brady and any wrongdoing that day. Seems like the Judge is pointing out Brady's innocence really clear to the NFL. I find it hard to believe any judge letting an innocent man be punished regardless of what the CBA or any CBA could say.

He also said something about "cases have been vacated for things like that" as well, I think.
