This makes me a little worried that the judge might stick to that as something Brady "would be okay with."
Also, if true, this is the "admission of guilt" the world was waiting for.
I would like to hear one the legal guys weigh in on that.
I don't think the judge is going to determine Brady's suspension. He is only trying to get the two parties to settle. I believe the only thing the judge is going to do is either rule whether or not the NFL acted within the guidelines of the CBA. So it's either yes and the 4 games stand or no and the suspension is vacated or moved to a neutral arbitrator.
That is my understanding.
