BB hinted the room for him will be as a DB, and he can still do special teams...

He would make 8 contenders for exactly how many WR jobs I'm not sure - 4,5,6? If Jackson is not ready, then it may even be 7 contenders.

The last WRs on the roster have to play special teams. Brown is a much better special teams player than Gaffney, Caldwell, or Washington plus he is an emergency DB. If it came down to those guys for the last WR spot Troy would probably be the better fit if he is healthy.

With Jackson's status uncertain 2 from that group may make it or even 3 if he is hurt and we decide to carry 6.
