Can we trade for her?

How about Dan Shaughnessy and Ben Volin plus a photographer to be named later?
The Globe would have to throw in a lot more than that for it to come even close to a fair trade...plus, the photographer might be viewed as the most valuable part of the deal from Boston's side...I mean, photographers are actually, well, useful!

Nice thought but it can be difficult in practice to trade liabilities for an asset.

How about Jake Bequette and Damion Easley for J. J. Watt?

I still have very high hopes that Easley can become a productive asset for the team.

I actually do, also. My intent was more to name a couple of unproven guys rather than to name two bums, although I'm convinced Bequette is one.

If Easley can get his knee to ~100%, he will be a very good rush threat from the line. Shows good pursuit and decent strength at the point of attack. Effort, energy and a non-stop motor are not my concerns with him.
