I think that this has more to do with the Georgia Penal system, than the Comissioner. His only real chance is that he got arrested in Atlanta, but drugs+illegal gun=hard time in Georgia, at least ten years. I can't believe they let him out on only a $7,000 bond.

TEN YEARS for gun and drug possession charges?? I've never been to Georgia but that seems crazy to me.

TEN YEARS for gun and drug possession charges?? I've never been to Georgia but that seems crazy to me.

When I first got here, I saw guys doing 7 years for Burglary! I've alwasy said they're people doing ten years here, for stuff they would never see the inside of a jail cell for in NYC. But that is OUTSIDE of Atlanta, inside Atlanta is run by the same incompetant people that run every large city's courts.
