The Cowboys and Redskins took their cap penalties to arbitration and lost. There wasn't a rule against them doing what they did either. Once the NFL penalized us. The picks and money were gone. Kraft said he didn't agree with it. Just didn't want to fight it any longer. I'm kinda baffled by what you guys were expecting.

I expected the owner of the patriots (who shall not be named) to take his outrage forward until the message was clear to the rest of the nfl and his quarterback cleared. Too much to ask? Really?

He said that he didn't agree with the penalties. TB12 has a great chance at getting his suspension tossed. The players nearly always win their appeals. Teams don't.
