The funny thing is he has only touched on some of the scientific issues in the Wells report.

As soon as I saw his original article I posted a comment on there with the quote from page 52 in it, so if he follows it up with other articles with the following issues you know he copied me

1. Using the Colts balls as control group despite 4 not being a large enough sample size to make any scientific inferences. Even then the Colts balls were almost identical to the deflation in the top 4 Pats balls

2. Questioning the procedure in which weather conditions (particularly water) impact ball air pressure. The process of using a hand spray to wet a ball every 15min for 2 hours then wiping off certainly doesn't properly recreate the conditions of a football in wet weather

3. Linking to the article from the scientist claiming the "glaring omission" for not accounting for the impact of evaporation on decreasing air pressure a ball

And the investigator concludes that he used the other gauge that takes them out of range.

I am taking credit for this article. I posted all the excerpts of the Wells report that he sites in this article in his first article's comment section this morning. I want to pretend I am breaking news even though someone else on this board pointed this info out to me earlier this week.

This is all we are all helping change the narrative. Don't think for a minute that members of the press are not on this board looking for gems. This is a battle of the media and in the media. Brady will have the best lawyers on this but they are never going to publicly point this out as they won't show their hands. This is why they won't comment as every comment is a net loss when it is go time for the,

1) If Brady is penalized in a significant way
2) Arbitration will be asked for
3)If Goodell does not choose a neutral arbitrator
4) Brady's lawyers and Union will bring the issues of bias and unfair labor practices to a court in Massachusetts
5) The court will find cause and order the NFL appoint a neutral arbitrator
6) Brady wins here but by this point he may well have missed games. (he would get his back pay)

As I've said from the beginning, this report could be shredded by a first year lawyer. The problem is that this is being handled in a court of Goodell, and not a court of law.
